Is Basecamp open yet?+
Not yet. We are actively searching for the right North Cardiff flagship site and are not currently accepting bookings.
Where will the first site be?+
Our focus is North Cardiff and its surrounding catchment. The final address will be shared once the right site is secured and the required approvals are in place.
What storage sizes are planned?+
We are exploring a practical mix of 10 ft and 20 ft drive-up units. Priority-list demand will help shape the final opening mix.
Will access be available around the clock?+
Controlled digital access is central to the plan, with final access hours subject to the selected site and planning conditions.
How much will storage cost?+
Pricing will be published once the location, unit mix and opening plan are confirmed. Priority-list members will hear about availability and opening offers first.
